The dropbox needs the order information not just then image of the product. A pdf order summary with the image would really help. An image only creates more questions that it solves...

I found out today that Lumise only supports a design of up to A4 on iOS devices. The suggested fix was to use a smaller scaled design area. That's totally NOT a possibility because upscaling images to larger print sizes will present quality issues... Read more →
